How do you be manager of Lower League Clubs
Is there a download available?

Yeah, there is some sort of download, i'll try and find it.
 
you could get LFC marshalls january update v3 it has those leagues in it :)
 
he means if you go onto downloads you can go onto the additional leagues section.
 
I downloaded one, and managed Truro City- Some quality former Argyle Players in the squad. Only problem I had was all the messages about Level 10 teams and above hiring new managers, really cluttered my inbox :S
