November Update
I have got used to being unbeaten so much that I struggle to imagine what I would do If I lose.It had been another superb month for my players despite my key players such as Romone Rose,Lee Morgan and Lee Richardson going off on international duty, players such as Luke Freeman stepped up brilliantly and won me the matches.

More and more of my players are now being selected into the U19 and U20 squads of England and USA respectively and I believe it is only a matter of time before more players earn the chance to wear their national shirt.

The only downside to the month was the 0-0 draw with Devizes who we were more than capable of beating and drawing Middlesbrough in the FA Cup 5th round which all but signalled the end of our impressive FA Cup Run.

Glen Hoddle Academy vs Middlesbrough
FA Cup 5th Round

It is said that despite the recent decline of the FA Cup in recent years,it still holds a special place in the heart of may supporters because of the upsets it can cause, the glorius David vs Goliath battles it can showcase and how it can make a unknown club be known by everyone in the country due to their dream run.

Glen Hoddle Academy went to the Riverside Stadium with high hopes of securing a huge win.Loick Pires gave them the early lead and sent the GHA fans in raptures but Leroy Lita quickly equalised for MiddlesBrough.

Another goal from Lita and a header from David Wheater in the dying minutes of the game put the match out of Glen Hoddle Academy's hands and ended their famous 20 game unbeaten streak.

Although this result was expected by many fans,it was still a sad way to leave the competition and Glen Hoddle promised to return stronger than ever next year.
