Benzema vs Higuain

Just wondering your opinions between these two players. (irl)

Who is better over all?

They have similar goal scoring stats at club level (130ish games played and 70ish scored for Higuain, 50 for Benzema), and are both now at Real Madrid.

Just had a peek on wikipedia.

Both are 22 and are born 9 days apart (Higuain the older of the two)

Higuain is also 1 inch taller.

In 26 R.Madrid games, Benzema has 8 goals, 4 assists.

In 32 R.Madrid games (this season) Higuain has 26 goals, 4 assists.

Should Utd get rid of Berbatov to get Benzema?

I think United need to go back to their 3 way attack where you can interchange the three attackers
Like Ronaldo, Tevez and Rooney

All I think United need is a good attacking MF like Sneijder(sp)
 
Yeah hes been class at Inter, always rated him.

Think it was a mistake to let Tevez go too oO)
 
I think benzema just needs time really to adapt to the league if you look at higuain it took him about 2 seasons to come up with the goals so benzema will hopefully be better for real next season because iim a liverpool fan and think he would be a real hit in the premiership
 
benzema had been poor all season at real madrid and rumour is he'll be shipped out at the end of the season, as real make a bee line for david villa. i'd like to see SAF get benzema at cut price,

tommyhayes ive been saying at all season why didnt we bid for sneidjer, he went for 13.5 million. i dont united should get rid of didi to get benzema, if hargeaves makes it back over the summer united could switch back to 4-4-2 and have the three strikers rotating (by rotating i mean berbatov on the bench)
 
Agreed, he has the pace for the EPL game anyway
There was talk of a loan, but I imagine there would be a huge fee involved

I think Benzema hasn't adapted to Real Madrid's game higuain is better. Man Utd are intrested in getting Benzema next season its rumored he will coe on loan or for 20-25 mill

Id take the loan offer and buy a midfielder
With Scholes at his best we are still fairly one dimensional
And if we have someone to take over the ''creative'' department it might bring more out of Berba and could leave Fletcher to do more defending and sweeping up

Higuain is much better,Benzema has alwyas been over-rated
 
Benzema has utd written all over him imo. But overall if it was Benzema @ Lyon & Real v Higuaín, i think Benzema would win, but overall this season Higuaín gets my vote.

my bad i was talking about benzema not having a future at madrid...

Um is Benzema out of favour at Real Madrid? I keep hearing that but someone poste he has played 26 games. I hat Real Madrid they either ruin a players career/end it early or make a brilliant career for them. Like The Dutch team (Sneijder, robben,drenthe,van nistelrooy,van der vart and Huuntelaar) How many seasons did sneijder,Robben and Huuntelaar get at Madrid? Van der vart is lucky Madrid ddn't sell him same with Drenthe. Heinze moved to madrid and was shipped of to Marseille a couple of seasons later. Huntelaar was one of the hot prospects madrid snapped him up and sold him in january wasn't it? i cant see him being happy at Milan now!

However they make players get the best out of their careers like Becks,Raul,Fat Ronaldo and Zidane. I can see Benzema being shipped of to the premier league and Drenthe and VDV also going aswell as Guti

Drenthe is still at Madird, and Huntelaar was sold in the summer wasn't he? The reason they rid' of Huntelaar was he was too lazy,not he was not scoring.

But still he was a big prospect and could have easily gone to utd or arsenal and sorry for going of topic Max (who is eventually gonna read this)
 
Higuain is playing better at the moment. I hope Utd can strike a good deal & get Benz over whether loan or transfer
 
Higuain has been miles better this season and i think he is better. I think benzema was probably a bit overhyped.:$
