Best 09/10 Update?

I want to have a go at getting Boro or Newcastle back in the Prem, which I'm sure won't be hard but will be interesting as I've never played as either of them and I'm just wondering what is the "best" and most up to date update for the 09/10 season.

Only regions I ever have activated are England/Spain/Italy so the rest don't really matter to me but a good update with those done would be great, so any suggestions are welcome
