Best 14.3 Tactic so far?

After two straight promotions to Ligue 1 I was expecting a difficult season. Had to sell a few players to fund a required stadium expansion so posted a ?3m profit in the transfer window.

I tweaked set pieces to copy the popular ones on FMBase.

Also changed the AMC to Attacking Midfielder as the only AMC I have was barely getting over 6.8 rating in the current set up.

He went from 14 games, 0 goals, 3 assists, 0 MOM
..............to 37 games, 16 goals, 12 assists, 6 MOM

I feel that the changes made the tactic a little better offensively. I wanted the CMs to be more involved and score a little more, and I was pleased after the tweaks. But I'm conceding almost one goal per game, so perhaps the defense suffered a little.

Interesting that you indeed lost the away barca game.. but I guess that is not an issue if its the only loss, btw I don't thinking conceeding goals is a problem because, looking at your goal difference you are also scoring a lot more!

Any chance you could upload the tactic? always afraid i'm tweaking it in the wrong way :P

He mentions the tweaks on SI forum. This is me adding them..

Yes and haven't tried marcelo's tweaks yet but the original steaton was very good so if the tweaks improve it then it should be excellent as well
 
gonna give cowboy and steaton tactics a go with my soutnampton save 2nd season. Used artisians magic rectangle 1st season and finished 3rd. Its a quality tac and my vote would have been for magic but without at least trying the others can't really give an opinion :)
 
Freds overperforming set from the sigames site works wonders for me.
 
Guys which Bagdad tactic should I download from this thread then?

Lots of tweaks been posted, which is the better in your opinions?

There are only 2 versions; one tweaked by W4nker with set pieces and a role change (to better fit his player) in post #63, and the original in post #58.. so.. you could try both?

It's a very good tweak because I'm winning majority of games but it seems to concede a lot of goals on FMC.
 
How good is the bagdag tactic?

Better than the Fetish tactic on here?
 
So..... Been using W4NKER's Bagdadcowboy tweak from the highlighted game and its awesome going forward and against smaller/similar teams, however when I got to the Arsenal game they wooped me pretty bad.

I decided to use the Doom Of Men Away tactic against stronger teams and its worked well, beating Liverpool at home and Stuffing Man City away:)

So to clarify I use Doom of Men against strong teams and W4NKER's Bagdadcowboy tweak against similar/smaller teams.

I think he says on his thread if struggling against bigger teams set full backs so support. dont hold me to that tho but sure its what I've read...
