Best Assistant Coaches/Coaches

I'm doing a save with Aston Villa, and need to find an assistant and some pretty good coaches. Any recommendations?

I have Simone Montanaro as my Man United assman, was good for me in 15 and still does a good job in 16.

I use Alan Irvine, and he's pretty good with discipline and has decent management skills. More importantly, he's cheap as an ***. man, only cost me 2.5k pounds

I mean, I do have a decent payroll budget, but I am extremely stingy. :>

I usually start low in the English leagues and pick up the bishop Stortford assistant and usually a coach from Gosport. Also, Paul Hilton is a decent coach.
