I'm looking for a good assistant manager that can actually give good team talks. My current assistant manager is Bruno Demichelis, he has high stats but he can't give team talks for ****. Probably because he is brazilian but only has 6 adaptability? Whenever I use him for team talks I either get no reaction or a negative reaction. Incase you're wondering I don't like doing team talks myself!
