he is indeed good, but i tend to choose my assistant manager based on other factors: preferred formation same as mine, playing style same as mine, good tactical knowledge, man management, determination and motivation are cool, but my main decision factors are thinking football the same way i do. i tend to delegate coaching to coaches and use assistant manager as a personal assistant.
