It really depends on what you're looking for. If you want them to just be a regular coach, then use the criteria you'd use for finding coaches. Because there's the 7 different categories, who's the best is a pointless question.

I personally ignore their coaching attributes and instead find and ***-Man with the best Man Management (for handeling team talks) and judging CA/PA (for accurate assessment of the players at my club)
