who is this bernhard peters? I'm 5 seasons in and cant find him... is it possible he's retired?

Wow, had a look at this Bernhard Peters, stats are incredible! Tried to sign him as my AM but he wouldnt come for anything less than like £150000 a week, no chance.

In an assistant manager i look for ; Judging potential,Judging ability and motivating. The 3guys I use the most ot ouf the options have to be : Tony Coton,Valter Di Salvo,Al Stewart and Terry Mcdermott. It was tough but in the end i decided Di salvo(legend)
You named 4 lol but I think Al Stewart is because he is cheap and a class motivator

Jose Segura. Former Barcelona acadamy director and responsible for most of the side that plays today. He's a youth coach at Liverpool and is an absoloute beast as an assman. Sign him up.

I signed up Bernhard Peters as a scout because he was never interested in anything else, I can rely on him to find a player if I need a youngster or to fill a gap, he's really good. He starts at Hoffenheim!

man...
I think Steve Clark is Good enough for *** man.

btw, does anybody suceed to persuade Peters ?

Valdir De Moraes is the up there with the best i've seen in the game but sadly never had the privilege of hiring him

he is at real madrid :S not at liverpool :S

Richard Barral is the most angry assistant manager ever, every individual talk is either aggressive or angry. Always works though

I had Del Piero as my assistant manager at Juve, he was fantastic

Bernhard Peters, **** hard to get as AM tho :(
Valter di Moraes, but he retires pretty fast...

Settled for Bruno Demichelis in my current game, he's got some pretty neat stats

I'll have to go with Steve Round. He's was great at AssMan in FM 11, and same here with FM 12. I would have Voted for Pat Rice, who is so much better, but he retires after first season :/

Iv always had Peters as a scout but I'd love to get him as an assistant manager, his stats are unreal.

Valdir De Moares no doubt about it! Quality for training to.
