Would this guy be a good assistant manager ??

Mauro Tassoti from Milan is the best. If he will come to you.

Anyone know good German assistant managers? The one I started with is a bit of a douche and doesn't know anything about anyone.

Tito Vilanova of Barcelona. I had him for years & knows what he is talking about !

Dave Parnaby at Boro is a youth coach makes a good Assistant Manager.

I like Ezio Sella. He's always easy to get and has fantastic tactical knowledge and is also very good at judging your squads players ability and potential.
Everything you ever really need in an *** man isnt it?

Pat Rice is the man . Will be very difficult do sign though as his wages may be abit high for Villa.
The Arsenal first team coach would be greast aswell Boro Primoroc

Good luck

That neil bailey looks good, good JPA and JPP also tactical knowledge. Sign him up.

I always normall go with Brian McClair who is a youth coach at the start of the game and can become a good and reliable *** Man after just a couple of seasons. Just started a Man City save so he is out of the question. Going to give Sella a go.

I often end up with Oliver Bierhoff after a couple seasons, with very high scouting, motivation and tactical stats. A bit short in other areas and in training but I usually find those irrelevant unless I don't have enough coaches.
