Ricardo Moniz is a Great coach for me especially for ball control

I'll go one further and share my list of some of the best coaches (GK and Fitness coaches included):
Valdir de Moraes (actually an Assistant Manager but might be tempted to sign as First Team Coach for a
club with a big reputation)
Ivan Carminati
Quintiliano Lemos Filho
Sidnei Lobo (Assistant Man that might be tempted to sign as Coach)
Boro Primorac
David Court
Paulo Paixao
Manuel Delgado Meco
Franco Baldini
Daniele Baldini
Pako Ayestaran
Rene Meulensteen
Paul Mc Guiness
Bruno Demichelis
Bernhard Peters
Ray Clemence
Franco Tancredi
Vincenzo Pincolini
Valter Di Salvo
Claudio Gaudino
Gian Nicola Bisciotti
Ricardo Moniz (already mentioned)
I also like the following coaches:
Lucjan Brychczy
John Cooke
Adolfo Sormani
Mehmet Scholl
Brian Eastick
Massimo Neri
Gerd Muller
Ulf Kirsten
Joop Hiele
Tristan Celador
Angel Vales
Tony Carr
Eamon Mulvey
Tosh Farrell

That is a great list thanks. Could you also load up the scouts as well, that would be really useful

My list of the best scouts in the game:
Mino Favini (For me the scout with the best stats in the game)
Roberto Bettega (free!)
Piet de Visser (World Class Reputation)
Eusebio (World Class Reputation but be careful as his Current and Potential Ability in Data Editor is set as zero, so his stats will be different from game to game)
Bruno Conti
Jack Karadas
Eugene Krasnikov (Very nice stats and have scouting knowledge of Eastern Europe which is very helpful)
Daniel
Alexandre Ceolin
Pierluigi Casiraghi (Inter Scout)
Piero Ausilio
Gilmar Francisco
Jose Egito (free!)
Steve Rowley
Francis Cagigao
I also like the following scouts:
Tord Grip
Soren Lerby
Wolfgang Dremmler
Olivier Bierhoff
Budimir Vujacic (Very decent scout with scouting knowledge of countries no other scout have yet)
Geronimo Barbadillo
Ralph Nkomo (The only decent scout with scouting knowledge in Africa, except for Eusebio)
David Williams
Jim Lawlor
Ernesto Varnier
Remi Garde
Jimmy Hampson
Julio Peguero
Bryan Robson
Aurelio Pereira
Hans-Martin Kleitsch
Mauro
Andrea Pastorella
Mike Rigg
Eduardo Macia
Rudi Wojtowicz
Vincenzo Tavarilli
Rui Aguas
Egon Coordes
Aldo Cantarutti
Rubens Salles
Newton Motta

There are other decend scouts for example Bojan Krkic etc, but if you compare these scouts with them, you'll notice that these scouts have better Determination and Motivation ratings, and that is why these guys are better. I hope this list is helpful. (I just wish Dimitar Penev was not a Manager, as he would have made one **** of a scout. Unfortunately he is not interested in a scout contract. Maybe after a few seasons and no club is interested in him as a manager, he might reconsider.)

For those of you that are interested I'll share my list of the very best physios:
Gianni Nanni
David Fevre
Hans-Wilhelm Muller-Wohlfarth
Paco Biosca
Jose Luiz Runco
Gary Lewin
Jose Maria Villalon
Aldo Esposito
Filé
Rosan
Rodolfo Moura

There are many more decent physios, but if you compare them with these physios you'll see that these physios have better Man Management, Motivation and Determination ratings. That is why these physios are better.

I signed Andrew (Andy) Cole in the end of 2nd season. He has 19 in attacking.
An interesting option for "MU's managers"

Please use the link oneunited posted. This thread is for FM 10

Hi,

Joop Hiele from Feyenoord is a very good goalkeeping coache.

very comprehensive mate!

I would add Robert Prosinecki to your list. He's good value for the wage too.
