Best counter to the standard 4-1DM-2-2-1

Which tactic do you thing goes best against the standard 4-1DM-2-2-1 formation that is commonly used in the premiership by the AI?

I've been looking into results this evening in game and it seems anything that overloads the AM area seems to do well. For instance stoke beat man utd in 2020, when they have a fearsome strong squad, with a 3-4-1-2. Other tactics that do well seem to be 4231 with no DM's.

you should play wider use wings, if not your attacking organization will lost between middle 3. "xper modern warfare tweak "is a good example ;

Formation-wise I think a 4-3-1-2 might suit well.
