best created players

just wondered if anyone had examples of created players who have turned out to be brilliant or world class players as i have just created my own players and wondered how they will improve

1)surely if you create players you could make them litterally 20 for every attribute if you wanted to? you could make them set PA's of 200 or even try and do the -10 one? referring back to point no.1!
2) who would make themselves below average players? not really sure about this one, i will leave it open for a while though, see what happens, then close it

you cant make all stats 20 if you did it wouldnt work he may have a few at 20 but not all of them eg. i create a strike and give him 20 in all stats in order for one stat to be 20 another stat has to be 1 so i could put tackling and shooting 20 and tacjkling could come out 20 and shooting could come out 1 which is useless for a striker its just luck
