Best english team to play 3 at the back?

What would be an ideal team for playing 3 at the back with no wingers. So basically a team with plenty CB's, WB's and no wingers. Would prefer a team below the Premier League. Thanks

How about Everton? Probably have to purchase a centre back to play with a 3 but they have Coleman an Baines who could play wingback, plenty of central mindfielders in Schniederlin, Barkley, Gueye etc and then Lukaku up top.
