My favorite Football Manager (FM) game series is FM15. This fifteenth installment of the classic management simulation had by far the most realism, with improved scouting opportunities, new tutorials and an injection of fresh features that gave more back story to your manager character. It also had fantastic matchday atmosphere, making you feel as if you were actually on the sidelines in a professional coaching role. With this edition, Football Manager really challenged the traditional tactics and player training methods that fans had come to expect over the years. Its modernized graphics gave it a much-needed facelift, while allowing for an easy to use interface that novice players could get comfortable with quickly. Overall, FM15 was beautifully executed and a great embodiment of the evolution of simulated football management.
