Best Formation For Barcelona?

I am currently at the start of my 3rd season and have P3 D2 L1. I keep tweaking tactis but still yet to find the best one for my team. I am currently playing as followed... 4-3-3

Villa
Pedro Messi
Modric Xavi

Abidal Macsherano Alves

Pique Puyol

Valdes

Can anyone give me some advice etc as im worried this run of poor form will continue and i will face getting sacked?
