What is the best free transfer you have ever had.

Mine is Frank Ribery (3rd season)

What is yours? And what season did you get him in?
 
had several that were class...

Carlos Vela in 6th season as Real Madrid
Hatem Ben Arfa 4th season as Barcelona
Rasmus Jönsson 5th season as Chelsea
 
Gourcuff - 4th season.

Just got Levan Mchedlidze, only 20 very sound stats and now worth £4.6 mill!
 
i got simon church for my leeds game 3rd season hes been good scored 18 in 22
 
David Noble if your in league one he's awesome for any team in that division he needs to recover for the first few months of the season but then he's on the ball get him about November also Godwin Antwi is always worth a signing cause he's free and although he aint got good stats he plays well and gets better again for a league one team, and Rohan Ricketts, but Nobles the pick of the bunch

I am glad to see that I am not the only one that got Ribery for free in the 3rd Season.
In the first season it is Jadson from Shakhtar. Plus somehow when I scouted Thiago Neves and Adem Ljajic (in the 3rd patch)
my scouts came back with a 0 value. I made a 0 bid for both of them, and their respective clubs approved it. Did not even came back wanting an improved bid.
