Best in Business Achievement Question

Hey Gang

I'd like to get some achievements done. Playing Glasgow Rangers in FMC i won 12 "Manager of the Month Awards" 10 in Scottish League 1 and 2 in Scottish Championship, though I did not receive the achievement "Best in Business" achievement for getting 10 MotM awards.

Is this not working in Scottland, FMC, or only in the highest league?

I was not able to get this achievement even after winning 12 manger of the month awards in the highest league in Scottland in FMC. Does this only work in normal FM or outside Scottland?

My guess is that it doesn't work in FMC, i've recently won the achievement with Leicester in the normal mode and i was in the championship.
