The game gives you preferred attributes. PPMs will be up to you and what you'd like from your team/tactic.

GTFM is really not good for deciding these things, by the way. The 3 "complimentary" PPMs, are all activated PIs for the role anyway, so with or without the PPMs, the player will behave exactly the same. And as usual, they left out Agility for a player cutting inside.
