Well, I have to say, over the past 2 months or so, I have become a massive Nirvana fan, got all their albums and stuff. But what do you think is the best song by them?

I know almost all songs and my favorite is "Lithium", but i also like of "Polly", "Heart-Shapped Box" and "About a Girl"

The obvious ones for me - Smells Like Teen Spirit, Come as you Are and Lithium.

its not my favourite song musically as its mostly just noise and screaming, but radio friendly unit shifter makes me smile thanks to its ironic title, kurt cobain basically saying '**** you' to the record bosses.

love nirvana

Well, its gotta be Aero Zeppelin,Lovebuzz,Sappy,Aneurysm...Im a huge Nirvana fan too

I only know one:

Smells like teen spirit!

Polly,Lithium and smells like teen spirit

Rape Me, You Know You're Right, About A Girl and Smells Like Teen Spirit are all decent. They're not my favourite band by a long shot though, prefer Mötley Crüe, Guns N' Roses, Faster Pussycat, Ratt, W.A.S.P. etc., and grunge killed them=(

Basically all of Nevermind, a truley great album.

Lithiums my fav atm

Mine is you know you're right and heart shaped box

I'm gonna push the boat out and say Pennyroyal tea.

pennyroyal tea is a great song.

Lithium.

I don't know most of Nirvana's music though.

In Bloom, Heart Shaped Box and Something in the Way (the mtv live one) for me. I'm a really into Nirvana but I've only got the greatest hits, is it worth getting the original albums?

Yes, 100%. In Utero and Nevermind are two cracking albums, personally I prefer In Utero more :)

Lithium and though its only a cover that they did in mtv unplugged but i love their version of The Man Who Sold The World.
