Best Players/Bargains To Sign?

Okay, so I've been looking around and wondering if you've signed any players when you've been on short budgets that have turned out amazing?

For example, I'm Liverpool and had quite a stringent budget, but managed to sign both Nathan Dyer and Wellington Nem who are incredible on the game for me. Wellington Nem especially. He only cost £3.5m and is on a wage of £20,000 p/w.

I've also heard that Iñigo Martinez is a good option to buy, although I'm still yet to manage him.

What players in-particular turn out good, score/assist a lot, or are great options to buy when on a short budget, from your experience?

I signed Nathan Dyer for £9m.
