Not 100% sure on his name, I think it is Sani Emmanuel, plays for My People, got him for lined up for a free at the end of first season, has a ridiculously low value, 1.5k and incredible stats for his age. Not on FM so don't have a screenie. 10.3 patch as well

Try Fiorillo mate, can get him for like 30k and try Torric for around 80k. Both becomes world class players.
