Best poacher?

Is it true that Huntelaar is the best poacher? he has highest finishing
 
Just finishing doesnt mean that he is the best poacher, there are other stats required as well. A poacher needs to be fast,have good first touch,dribbling and composure as well as lethal finishing ;)
 
Can you recommend me a poacher? my poacher have missed chances many times :(
 
The best one I've seen on FM, certainly after two seasons, is Chicarito, he had at least 17 on all the stats required on my save... Which sucks lol. I had Sanogo and he scored more goals than games after a few seasons, which was logical as all my tactics went through him, but so did Hernandez and he was AI managed :-s
 
Fernando Torres....seriously this game is out of date these days :P
 
David Villa, Alberto Paloschi, Vedad Ibisevic, Vagner Love, Fernando Torres, Javier Hernandez.

There are loads all incredibly good in that role.
 
Easily David villa, scored 67 goals as poacher for me in 1 season :)
But I doubt u can get him tbh!

I highly recommend vagner love he bags goals for fun, scored 15 in 8 on my spurs save

You never noticed the attributes that get highlighted in blue on your tactics screen? Its what the computer suggests are the most important stats needed for a particular position:

A lot of people never seem to realise this is in the game.
 
not the best Poachers, but different suggestions:

Mounir El Hamdoui - Ajax
Nilmar - Villareal
Seydou Doumbia - CSKA
Javier Saviola - Benfica
