In my games, I usually ignore Central America. I keep an eye on Russia though, their population is too high to ignore.

USA produces a superstar every couple years, but I don't think I've ever seen a good Canadian regen. Australia on the other hand produce some quality guys.

I also always take a peak at Asian youth teams, but I never find talent. Maybe if I had those leagues loaded.

Forgot about Australia. They produce one of the best strikers in the world on my game. Ended up scoring for fun for Juve in Serie A.

I often see good Israeli regens, surprisingly, none from spurs

I've found that its Argentina and Italy.

Weird. But on my Notts Co one Guatemala have 6/7 quality players as in absolutely world class. Russia produce some beasts along with Spain.

CM 03/04...Fredy William Thompson was an AMAZING DM, from Guatemala...Used to always buy him with lower level EPL teams then sell him on two years later for 20x the price.

quite a few are saying argentina but i never get any really awesome regens from them. brazil produce some brilliant players but i'd say germany have the most. australia too

For some reason USA and Mexico always have some quality, but they only produce like 5 a season.

If you have Italy loaded they always have like 15 year olds valued at around 2m, but are rubbish in matches.

Germany has produced mass quality, although not all of them have reached their potential.

Turkey, Sweden, Brazil, and Ukraine have produced the top players, with South Africa, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, France, Spain, and the U.S. coming in at a close second.

Asia has only produced at best mediocre midfielders.

I'm surprised nobody has voted for Holland/Belgium or even mentioned them. I don't think I've ever had a good Dutch regen though, but people do stories about taking Ajax or Feyenoord and rebuilding with great regens.
