best staff in the game?

who do u rate as the best coaches, physios etc in the game??

For assistant manager i have recentley always looked at Tony Coton, National reputation and his stats are brilliant... free agent too

Brian eastick and Gary lewin are also who i usually look at too

assistant manager- Jon Dahl Tomasson he's ace when he retires of course i also have Gerrard,Lucio,Van Persie,Mark Shwarzer and Emile Heskey as coaches on my Dortmund save not great but it looks hilarious when you show your mates

Personally, I normally go for staff who are free agents..no paying fee's to clubs and wasting money, Also like to keep my wages nice and low as i can, But still employing high level staff. I'll put down a few i always go for (English prem/Championship is where i play most):

Assistant Managers:
Jair Ventura - (Botafogo) Not a Free agent but for me and most people who know of him, a MUST buy assistant..Great stats..great low wages, Will join many clubs..He's 41..plenty of years for him to get much higher stats.

Tony Coton - (Free Agent) Said above, but just wanted to add, tho low tactical knowledge, rest of his stats are fantastic (including 5 star GK training) Always can be knocked down in wages to under 1k.

Physios:
Pete Friar - (free agent) Must be in top 5 best physios in FM12, Nice low wage.

Nick Worth - (Free agent) Like above..must be in top 5 best, around same wages, young + more stats rise.

Scouts:
Steve Nickson - (Free Agent) A must buy..very cheap wages..in many of my games rises to 20/20 in ability/pot.

Ayres Albuquerque - (Free Agent) For Premiership clubs, Super cheap brazilian scout (sometimes even £400 a week..) another must buy to find those brazilian kids.

Steve Martin (free agent) Another nice cheap english scout.

Paul Montgomery (free agent) Same as above.

Fitness Coaches:
Paul Winsper - (Free agent) 5 star STR/Aerobic, Cheap wages.

Adrian Lamb - (Free agent) 5 star/4.5star STR/Aerobic (depends on load) Very cheap wages.

Other Coaches:
Mark Chamberlain - (Free agent) Tactic/Ball Control (change to coach not youth)
Jos van Dijk - (Free agent) - Ball Control/Shooting (Need Holland db)
John Murtough - (Free agent) Same as above incase dont have Holland added.
Steve Walford - (Free agent) Defending.
Andrew Cole - (Free Agent) Attacking.
Tosh Farrell - (Free agent) Shooting (Change to coach not youth)

I know these might be a little of topic "Best staff in game" but for me personally like i said above, these are all cheap..high level staff with stats not far from the best in game..i'd prefer these to paying 5k upto 10k a week per staff member. Hope these helped anyone. (H)

mate, your staff is great. i`ve used sbragia as assistant manager, winsper, chamberlain, murthoug, cole, farrell, steve martin in my championship and league one saves and they done good job. bobby downes also is a very good coach, you should try it. and downie as a physio

both are poor coaches had messi was about 3 star and ronaldo did not want to stay in football in my old save.
