dzeko, grafite were both classic last season for wolfsburg and i think theyre the main reason wolfsburg won the bundesliga.

I think I love you

thank you. thats very temting but i think i will keep my girlfriend. give me your phone number and i will call you as soon as its over(K)

ooh ooh can i be the vicar?;)

Back on topic, i think Fernando Torres is the best, he's technical, good at finishing, fast, and he's suprisingly got a good head.

In the last 10 years it's probably Henry,Raul,Crespo or Shevchenko but nowadays it's probably Torres or Drogba

Dzeko is not the best striker in the world. Not by a long shot! One good season doesn't make someone the best striker.

I'd say that while Van Nistelrooy was at Manchester United he was definately one of the best, if not the best!

Eto'o in my opinion is better than Ibrahimovic. Eto'o turns up for the big games as evident in both Champions League Finals he has played in, he's got 2 goals. Ibrahimovic is always poor against the big sides as evident against Manchester United last season in the Champions League.

Yeah, Van Nistelrooy was immense at Man Utd. Gone off a bit now though.

Injuries getting the best of him. Even when he first went to Madrid he was banging in the goals. But he got injured, and managers decided to go along with Higuain who started scoring, and then Raul suddenly found his scoring boots under the stairs last season. Now he's got to try and get fit again, and then break into an attack with Raul, Higuain, Benzema, Ronaldo and Kaka already there. It's going to be tough. Wouldn't surprise me if he went back to PSV in January, or next summer.

Tbh, I don't think Pato is the best in the world. He's very good for his age, and he probably will be best in the world one day, but right now he can improve alot of aspects in his game.

Oh my, how could I forget about Dean Windass!
Thats it, my question has been answered! We can all leave the thread now :P

Just now Fernando Torres is the most complete striker in the world, you only have to see how much Liverpool stuggle when he's not fit or playing!
David Villa is prob a better finisher and must be close to him though?

Special Mention for some golden oldies winding down their careers!

1.Ronaldo- Just awesome in his day
2.Christian Vieri-Had everything apart from fitness, but still outscored everybody at every club he's been at!
3.Ruud Van Nistelrooy- the most complete finisher i've ever seen,LETHAL!!
4.Raul-Never had pace but didn't need it with a brain like his!
5.Andiy Shevchenko-Should Never have left Milan!

Torres at the minute. But my favourite striker of this decade is Henry by a mile.

Pato will the best in a few years time

No doubt about it. Fernando Torres is, at the moment, the best striker in the world
