May sound obvious but you did ask..
Cavani is without doubt the best striker in the game (IMO)
His pace, finishing, composure are perfect. Better than Falcao (at least in game) due to his pace and acceleration.
What's better is you can get him for 19,000,000 at the very end of the first window.
Obviously you'll have to be a really big side but I did get him with Liverpool first season.
Carlos Fierro is definitely still a big one. Ademilson is decent but takes ages before you see true class.
Rodrigo is a beast if you play 2 up front.
You can do a glitch with Jovetic were you can get him on a free first season (google it or ask me later and I'll be more specific).
For smaller, championship clubs for example, look at Danalache - scored 49 goals in the first season for me at Blackpool
