Diego Costa and Leo are both really good.
40+ goal getters.
Mitrovic weirdly has really good long shots and stuff in my game,is it randomised?

No it's not randomized, he has 8 in long shots when the game starts.
 
Berardi can become one of the best DLF/F9/Treq strikers in game, as well as one of the best AMR-IF. I'd always reccomend looking into him.
 
Kevin Volland will be a very good poacher. Papis Cisse is available in your target budget.

You might want to mention what kind of role you want the striker to play as?

If you only have 20mill, I recommend you Lewandowski. He's done excellent for me as a CF and DPL.
 
Facundo Ferreyra, bought for €19M, sold to Barca for 55 a year (or two, I can't remember) later.
It's probably down to my playing style, but he tends to be inconsistent. Giovanni Simeone (Yes, Diego's son) is very cheap and scored a lot in his first season with me, I don't know if I should recommend him.

Lazio have two potential phenoms, Keita (1995) and Tounkara (1996), the first who I played consistently became a star while Tounkara who didn't get that much of a chance became a respectable player but didn't reach his full potential.

Volland is a beast.
 
I'm quite fond of Benzia, he turns into a good DLF.
