Best tactic for AC Milan?

Hello!

Can anyone suggest me formation and roles for milan "default" team?

I tried to play this tactic:

Attack is amazing, but defence is so **** weak

Put your fullbacks on support and tight marking, and ask them to play through balls "sometimes" and long shots "rarely" .

Zonal marking for your centre backs and man marking for your full backs!

What about mentality on back 4,specialy CBs,now i have normal,should i change to defensive,there is my strategy,if be helpfull.
