Best tactic for Besiktas? need help

hey guys,Im new in fm. I have some talented attacking players and I want to use them correctly so Im looking for a strong tactic. I played in tottenham tactic(4-3-2-1) so far and took good results but not the best.

some of the talented players in my squad :

Quaresma (am(L)/w)
Simao (am(r)/w)
emiliano armenteros (am(L)/w)
siem de jong (amc/st)
hugo almeida (st)
manual fernandes (cm)

if you can suggest me a good 4-2-3-1 with touchlines I think it might be useful,or something else I dont know.
if its needed I can write full first eleven and subs.

Have à look at My team tactics in my tactic thread( its à sticky in the tacticforum). In there, look at the top team 4231 Arsenal tactic as I think that the different aporoaches might suit you both in the league and in europe( notice that they are not uploaded, just presented)
