Best Tactic for Fiorentina

Im in my second season with Viola and am expected to achieve 3rd in the league again. My only problem is that my tactics have been a bit hit-and-miss. I've brought in Eden Hazard- 8.5mil, Van Der Vaart- 8.5mil, and Claudio Marchiso - 16mil. The rest of the team are all there so nobody has left.

I normally use VDV as trequatista with Mutu and Hazard as wingers with Gilardino up front. Can anyone recommend formations/tactics for me to use
