Best Tactic for Newcastle United?

I'm looking to start a new Newcastle save and in the past I've went for a more fluid type of play with a formation of 4-2-3-1 or a plain 4-3-3. However these formations make it almost impossible to create chances/score goals with Papiss Cisse up front as it just doesn't suit him. Any help on formations and type of play that would work would be very helpful!
