Whats the hands down best tactic in patch 14.3? for teams all shapes and sizes not just the bigger clubs????

There are two approaches: to adapt the tactics to your player, or to build your team for a specific tactic.
For the first approach you have to think yourself and find a proper tactic.

The "Pep's Bayern"-tactic I downloaded is by far the best, at least for how I like to play football. As the title suggests, it replicates Guardiola. 4-3-3 (single pivot) and when in possession (which you have alot, and score alot) the central defenders go wide, the full backs on the wings, and the wingers inside. The pivot controls everything.

Strikers cuts inside and makes many goals.

I have won everything with Bayern in first season (not that it's a bad team, but I also won U19-champs with England.

If you go on my profile you can find a download for my tactics , they got a non league to the premier league in which i won premier league and champions league and every trophy possible , i also did bayern undefeated , and liverpool undefeated season Maybe not the best but been successful for me no matter what club ive been !!
