best tactic/role for Ozil too do SOMETHING in arsenal?????

Hi guys,
So I currently am doing a save with 2 friends ( arsenal me, Liverpool and Tottenham) I've built a 4-2-3-1 tactic but ozil is just sucking ( we are currently in March) and ozil has 6 goals ( 4 from penalties) and 4 assists averaging 6.86 so he is sucking! Initially I tried him at AP then I tried AM at support and currently I'm trying EG.


Resto of the team is:


AF (welbeck)
IF (S) draxler EG ozil W (A) Sanchez
AP (S) Ramsey BWM (D) Strootman
FB (A) D (D) D (D) FB (S)


TI:
Pass into space
Shorter passing
Work ball into the box
Play out of Defence
Exploit the flanks
Close down more

So what mistakes am I doing and why does ozil sucks with me????

Firstly, I wouldn't use Ozil as an Enganche. I just don't see the point. Trequartista and Attacking midfielder suit his abilities. You also have exploit the flanks. You literally have no width on the left so I would remove that, and make your left back a wing back on an attack duty. Make welbeck a supporting scorer, like a complete forward, deep lying forward or even a defensive forward, and give ozil 'more direct passing'. Finally, take off retain possession and shorter passing. It rarely works with an attack duty.

I had a PI on Ozil (roam from position also) and he was playing very nice there, 8.19 rating some goals and some assists.

I now changed him too AM (A) (PI: more risky passes) just to test it out

I play Alexis upfront as a False 9 with Ozil on the right and Sterling on the left, both as advanced play makers. Ozil get's me 10+ goals 15+ assists every season
