What is the best tactic for a top notch team without wingers?
good coverage in most positions

I would say à balanced/ standard 4312, using the fullbacks bombing forward. Just make sure that you play patient and use the Width Of the pitch, having players making runs from deep down the pitch, trying to be in control and have lots Of movement.

Against teams attacking you, just switch to counter and put more direct balls from the middle into channels for your attackers to run onto , moving into thos channels out wide.
