Best tactics for a world class club...?

Manager at Man City in 2022, i've worked my way up to getting this job. Now i need help on tactics?
I have world class players, and want to win everything possible.
TACTIC HELP PLEASE.

4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 depends if you play with a dm or an am

4-2-3-1 with right sided winger and left sideded inside forward is animal formation if u buy a team to fit the formation bit by bit

Lol what an ambiguous question. No-one knows your side and there isn't a best tactic. If you've worked your way to that job then surely you know how to set up a tactic considering your success? Find your weaknesses and strengths and go from there. You have world class players so they will cover if you make a few tactical mistakes.
