BEST target man tactic

hi, pls i have lots of my own tactics that i have made and use, but i always play 1 upfront! and its a quick pacey striker!
watching Tottenham with Crouch over the weekend i really want to use Progrebnyak like that, target man to head with Balotelli playing around him like Defoe!

i cannot for the life of me design a tactic that works 4-4-2 or anything with a target man!

i would like a specific target man one to try it out as i have never used a target man style of play!
