best team with biggest potential, in wonderkids, and youth

yeah, theyre wonderkids are too known, wilshere, ramsey ect. I prefer the more unknown ones

Chuba akpom? Ryo Miyaichi? There are quite a few at Arsenal... Just whether you want to develop them or not... They are relatively unknown and that fits your criteria... So Arsenal does has both known and unknown ones...

Chelsea have the most players (7) aged 16 or under with a PA of -8 or better. The next most of any club, with 6 such players, is K Racing Club Genk, which should be a bit more of a challenge.

If you increase the age limit to 17, you can also include such clubs as Ajax (7) AS Roma ( 6 ), Boca Juniors (8), Liverpool ( 6 ), both Manchester clubs (7 each), and Velez Sarsfield in Argentina (7).

With an 18 age limit, the choice becomes even greater.

I'd say Ajax, Velez or Genk... the later two clubs more of a challenge.
