Hello,
I was wondering what you guys think it's the best time to teach young players their PPM's?
Do you want to start early so they profit all their career from it?
Or do you want to teach them once you're gonna fit them in your team?

I ask this because it takes alot of training time to teach them the PPM's and I reckon it might slow down the progress attribute wise if you teach them at the age of 18 or earlier.
Cheers,
Ra

Around 18-21 is the age I use, especially if they can play a few first-team games for me. I set the Attribute training to light in order to help with that. That way, their other attributes become more polished with playing time, and they learn the PPMs too;; It takes around 3-6 months for them to learn I think, I'm not sure of the exact time.

But yeah, I prefer to teach PPMs when players are tentatively breaking into my first team..
