Best Training schedule?

I was thinking of taking over a team and just concentrate on developing their youngsters, what do you think is the best training schedule and do you mind sharing the link or posting the name of it?

If you want to take this really seriously, make your own, they always work better if you concentrate on individual players rather than a one size fits all set up.

Agree. There is no best schedule as they have to be setup accordingly to how you want to/can develop the player. Unlike plug & play tactics that works brilliant due to exploiting the holes in the ME, no such holes exist in the training modul as such.
