Best U21 Striker to buy?

looking for the best U21 striker i know theres Destro, Maupay, Fierro, Watt and Hernandez those are my most liked strikers so which one would you say is the best one for me say im a team like tottenham. id like them to be great at first but obvs not expecting 20 goals plus. please have your say and if you want you can recommend your top three.

Obviously Maupay is a must, Rodrigo is class, Muriel, Volland, Gabbiadini and Kadlec

Rodrigo is amazing, but costly looking at 15m+. My opinion that Maupay leads but I also like Henriquez and Fierro.

Maupay can be replaced by way superior (strength, creativity, mentality) while fierro is not.. volland is also an option
