Best way to play Fierro and Rhodes together

Hi

I am second season with Huddersfield, now in the championship and have just bought Fierro. Rhodes scored 20 last season but I was wondering best way to play them together?

I prefer to play 4-1-3-2 formation and have Wes Hoolahan, Luis Garcia, McDermott as my best 3 attacking mids.

Any suggestions?
