Best way to play Klasnic?

I picked up Klasnic on a free before the start of the season, his physical stats have gone downhill but he's still got 17 finishing and 17 composure. I know he has never been one to win the golden boot but in 15 games he has scored 4 goals, considering it is the 3rd tier of Japan I expected more. Any ideas how I can get more goals out of him?

Okay I've re-tweaked my tactic quite a bit and suddenly he scored a hat trick in 10 minutes, seems he wasn't getting the right service. I'd recommend getting him for a lower league club. If he would sign for a lower Japanese side I'm sure he will sign for anybody.
