Best way to use Franco Baldini

Hey guys I'm in my Man U first season, and I haven't really used Franco Baldini at all. I've heard he's good, but I have no idea how to use him. Any tips?

I have him on Tactics (H) i think hes like a 4/4.5 star on just Tactics

In training you tick which department you want him to focus on

By far best as a tactical coach. Although, he is my *** Man, and my AM has to have good tactical knowledge.

tactics coach, though i sure he gets 4 stars in other sections, but tactics is where United start a little short

i got marco rota doing my tactics he is 4.5, all my coaches are either 4.5 or 5 except for attacking which is 4
