What are the best ways of developing a future world star as they go from 15 to around 19... when should i send them out on loan etc?.....thanks

just loan them out if u are not playing them and they should get valuable first team experience

Either let them play in the reserves or get a feeder club where you can easily loan them to

When I bought Lukaku to Manchester City in the first season, he evolved like a beast playing for the under 19 :) play them there mate, and then loan them

Quality of coaches at your club is pretty **** important, otherwise whatever you'll do will be for nothing. 17 is the age I normally consider loaning someone out, and will continue to over the following few years (there's a thread around here detailing how ensure a player has a successful loan spell).

Oh and remember to play 'em in under-18s and reserves simultaneously.

Get your good experienced players to tutorthe youngsters, this works. Also, make a good youth training schedule for them, wait untill their around 17-18 then send them out on loan. works everytime for me :)

A good youth training schedule as well as plenty of playing time each season and maybe a loan only if the youngster is not getting enough playing time is the best way to go about it

The best thing to do is to play them in your first team, if you can't, loan them out to a team near the top in the divison below you, usually works well for me.

Interact with them and put them to learn from experienced players(Ex Thiago can learn a lot form Andres Iniesta or Xavi at Barcelona) and then loan them to a weaker team!

I'd say loan them out from 17+ but only loan them out if they are going to be playing obviosuly. If have a feeder club then loan them there too if no one is coming in to try and loan them.

I dont do the training myself does that halt the progress of wonderkids ?

Yeah same Burkie I was wondering that. I've just started 3rd season, and wonderkids people have said are good don't seem to be that good yet; Nicolas Otamendi, Jonjo Shelvey and Marco Verratti mainly. Should I play them in reserves/loan?

Using an effective training schedule is important. Otherwise, they aren't improving the right attributes and improving the wrong ones. There are good schedules to download on here.

Loan them out, if they can get first team football

I usually keep them in the U18's til they're 17,18 then I loan them to feeder clubs or interested clubs until they are good enough to at least back-up my first team or until about 22, if they haven't improved much I sell them on. If I get a top-class wonderkid, I give them game time quite often i.e. cup runs, easy games or the last half hour of a match.
