It's not a pointless thread :p. He wants to know good young Australian players so what's wrong with that.

Here are some:
James Wesolowski (dual nationality)
Rhys Williams
Shane Lowry

im reasonably sure that australians themselves may have a small idea haha.

not sure on any myself. if there are decent australians out there, i doubt in game they'd have enough potential to be noticed unless they were a quality regen

Michael Falzon was good in FM 09 but dunno if he is any good on fm 2010 and he plays for Hearts :D

I think Dylan McGowan turns out alright if given first team action.

Tando Velaphi-pretty good keeper
Thomas Oar - decent winger
Michael Zullo - decent winger
Bruce Djite (decent target man but can't finish for ****)
Mitch Nicholls
Kofi Danning
Nathan Burns
James Brown
James Troisi
Ryan Mcgowan

in game most have a PA of around 150
Zullo Velaphi Nicholls and Danning are probably the best ones to buy as they're relatively cheap and turn out pretty good

Australia has always tradionally been a cricket and rugby powerhouse,so not too many of their players go play in European League's

I would give my confidence to Shane Lowry

On the contrary.

Bruce Djite
Nathan Burns
Dean Bouzanis (get him before he goes to the Greek team)
Shane Lowry
Nikita Rukavytysa
Mark Milligan
Tando Velaphi
Luke DeVere
Matthew Spiranovic
James Holland
Thmoas Oar
Michael Zullo
Kristian Sarkies
James Troisi
Trent Mclenahan
Jason Hoffman
Tahj Minniecon

And thats just off the top of my head.

Very difficult to get work permits for most of them though.

two words: Kofi Danning, probably the best Australian prospect in game!
