I am wondering who is the best Deep Lying Playmaker (Under the age of 23) ? I am thinking it is either Kovacic or Badelj but what is everyone else's opinion on who fits the role the best ?

Personally, I think Joe Allen is brilliant. Bought him on my Man City save for 5.5m and has been one of my most consistent and best players so far in the season.
