Big FM2010 software failure, (crash).

Was playing my FM2010 at the start of my 2nd season, and the whole game crashed, and got a blue screen which said error, and windows will automatically shut down. Now the game doesn't work at all. I haven't used a real time editor, on this game. Now when i try to start a new game, it loads up and as the screen that says loading in different languages, an error message comes up that says XML parsing error. Not well-formed (invalid token) at line 1 of last_saved_game.xml. I have deleted and reinstalled many times but still not working. There is no virus on my pc and its not connected to the internet. Can anyone help me please?

yeah mate. original boxed copy. Bought it on the 30/10/2009.

create a new user, and put you game onto a memory stick, and load up on the created user
