decided to start a game with bilbao.

Just need to find tips on players.

Well.. you can only sign Basque players.. SO your options are extremely limited..
Quite honestly, your best bet would be using the youth academy.. and that is exactly what makes this the best challenge on FM tbh.. What positions of your team need strengthening?

Keep guillermo he becomes an absolute beast . else my team after few season was something like: Ruffier - Montreal ; Laporte Inigo martinez - iraola - Ander herrera Rico/benat - Muniain Griezman susaeta/Ibai gomez - guillermo upfront. ( Aduritz is a beast too for the 3 1st years)
basque players that I couldnt sign and worth it: Azpilicueta , Xabi alonso , Javi martinez , Asier Illarramendi , Ruben pardo, Mikel Arteta , Zurutuza, Diego forlan
its a great team and really fun save that can last long
